Pretty cool bracelet!

Postby Lena » Thu Jan 19, 2012 11:00 pm

Hi guys! Ran across this bracelet and thought about my 'other family'. The medium bracelets are on back order, and after looking at them, I can understand why. I'm going to keep checking back to get several of them for family members. Let me know what you think.

Those bravelets are beautiful in their simplicity. I think I'll get an orange one for my sister while I'm waiting for the CRC bravelet backorder to come in.

I seen those the other day and I was trying to tell my mom about them. I think it's a nice style.

Ok since we were talking about "Vetting" in another topic and because I am nosey, I was ciourous they say $10 of each sale goes to an organization for that cause so I wanted to know who got the money for Colon Cancer so here you go, and as a CPA that means that $10 of the sale can be considered a charity deduction on your taxes.
So this is an example of Vetting! :) Sorry I am anal (no pun intended!)!

Hi Elizabeth,

Great to hear that you are so involved! For the colon cancer bravelet, we donate to the Colon Cancer Alliance.

The only reason that we do not call that out specifically on the site is for legal reasons. We are still very new, and need to get written permission from the charities to use their name/logo etc on our site.

Let me know if there is anything we can do to help with your support groups!

Be brave,
Stephanie

I am very active in the Colon Cancer world and I am on several Boards and run a support group. So I am curious you say $10 of every sale goes to that cancer's type organization, so for Colon Cancer, which organizations do you give to?
