Surprised35,

My heart goes out to you. When I was diagnosed (stage IV with mets to my right ovary) in 6/03 my daughter was 2 1/2 years and my sons were 5 and 7. It is the hardest thing of all to think about breaking their little hearts and the agony my husband was going through. I have been through alot of chemo -- I am still fighting this nasty cc and will start Panitumab on 11/29. We still do have fun as a family and plan fun trips around my treatment schedule. My prayers are with you and your family. This message board is incredible, I wish I had discovered it earlier. I find that it is a real pick-me-up when I am feeling a bit "freaked out" and down about things. There is always hope and the Drs. didn't think I'd make it through the summer of 2003 and I am still here!!

Miss Kim
