Worried about my results taking time.

I'm 24 almost 25, about about 2 months now, my bowels are constantly changing, sometimes bloody sometimes just diarrhea, and now it's just obstructed.
I have cramps and pain while trying to go, and it still feels like I need to when I just went, nausea, had one day of vomiting, feeling so dizzy that I couldn't walk myself, was in a lot of abdominal pain, so went to hospital, they do another CT scan and find that my spleen is bruised.
I'm having trouble urinating as well, the doctor who did my scopys told me I had inflammation in my intestines, small hemorrhoids and took several biopsies. Its been 11 days since the test, and his nurse told me it would be early this week, but it's not and I'm scared.
Ohh....also if my bowels are clean, I lose a lot of weight sometimes over the course of a few day, to overnight, or month I have lost over 10% of my body weight. Side note I have 70 visable bruises probably more, but that's all that I can see, and I'm not anemic anymore yet I feel anemic. P.S. Most of the bruises just seemed like it just appeared. Right now have taken 3 doses of Miramax in three day, and still can't go its painful, all I can do barely is let out gas, I sit on toilet for way too long and it still doesn't happen anymore, now my bladder has trouble starting and finishing urinating and feeling the need to go for both, I'm hungry and nauseous, and I'm in pain in my lower abdomen and my spleen right now and have massive swelling on my anus and at the bottom left of the bottom part of vagina. I'm really worried and feel sick to my stomach.
