How has your lifestyle changed? Are you more conscious of your diet, are you taking additional supplements?

Thanks Markdale! I take a laundry list of supplements and off-label drugs that I worked up with an integrative doctor here (happy to share if helpful), and my oncologist also has me doing intermittent fasting (16:8) and a cardio program as he believes both can potentially have great benefit for overall survival. I have a set of kettlebells that I look at often.
I went to a plant-based + seafood diet in Jan, but must admit I’ve been having chicken or red meat once every week or two lately now. The only things my doc summarily banned me from was smoking (which I never did anyway really), and processed meats (which I did enjoy a fair bit in the past). I try to drink less booze (mainly smaller amounts of red wine, when I do) and eat less sugar - but I’m definitely not a saint or depriving myself
. I think that’s about it!
Hope you’re doing well.
