If you are able to do it, I recently discovered a marvellous online exercise routine for females over 50, by Schaelle Fowler (sorry if I spelled her name incorrectly, it's pronounced "Shelley"). Fabulous 50s has loads of videos of daily exercise routines, ranging from around 15 mins. to about 30 minutes, of various types. These are walking exercises, usually without weights or equipment, and great fun. The instructor is Australian, very motivational, and I love working out each morning to her routines. There is background motivational, happy music and I feel wonderful afterwards. Highly recommended, give her a try on YouTube. I hope you enjoy it!
