Helpful items to aid in recovery from surgery

Hi Guys!
I’m new here and I’m so thankful to have found this group. I have my surgery coming up on October 22 and my friends and family keep asking me if there is anything I will need to assist in my recovery. Are there any items you can recommend that made your recovery from surgery easier? Any other advice is welcome. ❤️
