My mother is currently taking Stivarga and we want to join this trial. However we are in Turkey and not sure how we can participate trial from here

If you doc can prescribe optivo it is good.

I tried it last November and didn’t work.
DX: CC stage 4/w ovaries & omentum mets in 12/17 49/F
High grade pT3N1bM1b sigmoid Adenocarcinoma colon
MSS-h TMB=16, NRAS-mutant
Lymph nodes: 1/2 left colic; 3/8 regional
12/2017: Exploratory laparotomy & resect of sigmoid & ovaries
Folfox/avastin 12 sessions from 1/8-6/18. 6/18 CEA 2.1
1/19: CT shows peri mets;
CEA: 12/18 5.1, 1/7/19 7.9; 1/15/19 9.1; 1/30/19: 10.6
4/3/2019 CRS/HIPEC after 4 Folfiry sessions...

For now it worked. The scan showed a decrease. You may think it is good but it knocked me off and basically put straight to bed. I also developed 2 infections that specifically listed as a side effect and put me on 2 different antibiotics. Again, I became disfunctional due to a severe fatigue. 80 mg. I don t know what oncologist can do. I am off Stivagra for 8 days and show slow signs of recovery after the pill. Anyone who was 2 weeks on 2 weeks off? Did it work?

My Oncologist put me on Regorafenib/stivarga today to start first week of January very fatigued plus on Irinotecan not working. More lung tumors and old ones grew
I have no experience with this pill and will share my experience with everyone when I do

I have colorectal cancer metastasis to the lungs (small cell lung cancer) multiple tumors irinotecan not working really first cat scan didn’t grow second scan grew very little 12/14/ 2020 scan new nodules and old ones grew
