Is there anyone here currently on Regorafenib + Nivolumab and has some preliminary positive results so far?

I am currently taking it.

My mother is currently taking Stivarga and we want to join this trial. However we are in Turkey and not sure how we can participate trial from here Are they only accepting patients from America?

If you doc can prescribe optivo it is good.

I tried it last November and didn’t work.

For now it worked. The scan showed a decrease. You may think it is good but it knocked me off and basically put straight to bed. I also developed 2 infections that specifically listed as a side effect and put me on 2 different antibiotics. Again, I became disfunctional due to a severe fatigue. 80 mg. I don t know what oncologist can do. I am off Stivagra for 8 days and show slow signs of recovery after the pill. Anyone who was 2 weeks on 2 weeks off? Did it work?

My Oncologist put me on Regorafenib/stivarga today to start first week of January very fatigued plus on Irinotecan not working. More lung tumors and old ones grew

I have no experience with this pill and will share my experience with everyone when I do

Can someone tell me about the drug and side effects?

The post I have been reading about Regorafenib have mostly been positive
