Not app smart

Hi and happy Sunday! I need help with the abridge app for an upcoming appt. Its downloaded on my android phone. Testing it says its recording but when doing audio playback...nothing. Anyone know what I'm missing here? I am not tech savvy like this and could pull my hair out, ha.
