Agree, jts, that the ileostomy is kind of a drag, but it's great having the predictability and control. And I was also getting quite good at the fine art of changing the bag! Enjoy the rest of the summer and good luck with your reversal.
And NH Mike, you can be sure I took note of all of the advice in your posts — particularly the emergency kit. You also inspired me to keep up with yoga as I recovered from chemo and surgery. The standing balance poses really helped the awkward feeling in my feet due to a bit of neuropathy. Keeping up with the practice really helped my balance and overall strength and flexibility.
