I don't know if this will be of any help or if you live in a medical marijuana state ... but when I was battling diarrhea and clustering in the early years after re-section surgery, the only thing that allowed me to sleep through the night was a grain-of-rice size portion of Rick Simpson oil (RSO). I would put little dots of it on a piece of wax paper and then place that in the freezer. At night, I would pop off a little dot and let it melt under my tongue. It slowed down everything - stopped the diarrhea for a good 8 hours - and I slept through the night. Without the RSO, I was up and down all night long, often more than once an hour. Your mileage may vary.

If you're having trouble trying to keep on or gain weight, please don't fast.

I’ve been doing RSO every night - maybe a little bigger than a grain of rice. Sometimes I take a THC mint during the day. I feel like it helped with FOLFOX and maybe a bit with FOLFIRI. But now that I’ve added Vectibix I am really struggling.

Maybe I will try RSO during the day this weekend. When I first started it, it made me crazy high, so I only wanted to do it at night. But I may have built up some tolerance. It helps with appetite, sometimes. Last night I woke up starving at midnight and ordered wings. Made me real popular with the teens in the house!
