My husband had multiple, tiny lung nodules (the largest one was 5mm). Because there were so many, systemic therapy (chemo) was the best approach. He did Folfiri + Avastin and they pretty much disappeared (although he's been off chemo for a while now, I have no idea if they've grown again, I guess we'll know at the next scan!).
That's great news about the pelvic mass being gone!

Scan 06/17/2021: stable
