HELP its grown. Please I'm sick I can't breath

Deep breath. You are ok and your baby is ok. Its perfectly ok go go and wake up your mum when you are struggling. It's ok for your little one to see you sad about you being sick, he's feeling sad too. This whole situation is wrong. Is there something you can think of that helps decrase your panic, make tea, bake, sew, go do it, it will calm you.

Do you have some anxiety meds? I was very resistant to taking something permanent but I founld something I can take in an emergency when I started to panic very helpful.

Although I really liked my oncologist I recently sought out another opinion. It doesn't hurt to ask. They might have ideas that haven't been considered. Take some time to sit down and study your care and what other options are.

Thank you all for the support. I have an appt in a few days. I will definitely ask more why I'm not able to have surgery. Hes saying the lymph nodes are too distant but why he didn't say that before my scan? He had previously said after my scan we could see a surgeon. I'm going to get some answers and contact other cancer centers thank you all for the advise and helpful words.

You seem to be quite confused about your own case: what you have and where, what has been done and what hasn't, what the plan forward is, and so forth. That can't help but ramp up your anxiety.

I think that you need to take someone with you to your next visit, to listen and take notes, and prepare a written list of questions ahead of time. If you don't have copies of your scan and surgical reports and so forth you should get them, and review them carefully in order so that you can figure out what is going on. If that kind of thing isn't your strong point, can you get someone to help you?
