Because my husband had so many tiny lung nodules, surgery or SBRT were not an option; instead, the hope was to control them through systemic treatment. And they seem to have responded to Folfiri and Avastin.
It's fantastic that your bone tumor disappeared! My husband's is still there, in his lumbar vertebrae, but seems to be stable after he did SBRT last year... Fingers crossed.
