I use Kayano for my long runs at the moment and for intervals I use DS Trainers. I have GT2000 for my recovery runs and I have a few pairs of Noosas as I love the funky colours they have. I must admit that I chose the shoes that match my outfits so I have 8 pairs of shoes that I currently use.

I just logged back on and noticed you are a competitive runner. What sort of running do you do? What do you focus on?
What sort of training plans do you use? Do you have a running coach, or do it yourself?
I have lots of questions. Run solo, groups?
2019 was not a good year for me and running, life really, really got in the way. I got a little jaded so need to do something to get my mojo back in 2020.
