This is so true. Thank you for bringing it up.
Just as a side note on the subject of having your surgeon on your team, I thought once my surgery was done I wouldn't see the surgeon again. Wrong. Not only will she do my colonoscopies, she wants to see me annually to review the previous years tests with me.
