Anybody heard of this trial? m3814 is a DNA-PK inhibitor that is supposed to make sure that cancer cells stay completely destroyed and don't repair their own DNA. It's a Phase 1B study to find out the highest dose that can be given along with chemoradiation. My radiation oncologist was very excited that I could be a candidate for the trial, but we haven't discussed in depth as I have only had one initial consultation. I've been trying to find the risks associated with m3814, but I haven't found anything yet.
Any insights or additional information is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
