It’s how you live that matters. You made a choice that allows you to live your remaining days, weeks, months, years in the best way possible for you.

Now get out there and enjoy that vacation in Hawaii to the max!!! :D :D :D

Pyro, enjoy your trip and your relaxation time. I'm so sorry to hear that you're going into hospice, but it sounds like it is the right decision at this time.

I admire your attitude and I hope you enjoy the respite from treatment. I wish you all my best. You are in my thoughts.

This makes me cry for you and your wife, but yet I love part of the title and your drive to make moments count versus the being a victim to the other course. I prayed just now that you two are surrounded by powerful bravery to thoroughly live it up. I hate all this. Live it up.

Hawaii was great, didn’t want to leave. I had to get a catheter before we left, I had no pressure to pee! I’m also fighting a blockage again, I think. The nurses seem to think I have “disease progression” in my nether regions causing these problems, I hope not, a blockage would be a major event at this point. My lungs aren’t doing much better, I nebulize every day and have been sucking on 100% O2 quite a bit. Screw cancer.
