Do you have a blog?

Postby ginabeewell » Thu Sep 05, 2019 12:36 am

I’ve never been much of a writer, but since my diagnosis I have been using Facebook posts to kind of capture and process what I’ve been going through.

Have had really generous feedback on it and a number of people (one of whom was a cancer surviving writer himself) suggest that I should find a way to share with a broader audience - like via a book or a blog.

A book seems like a stretch, but I think I could handle a blog, if I could find one that would allow me to upload my old content? I don’t even know if that’s possible!

Anyway would love to hear recos for that specifically and/or more generally your experience with having one.

I'm not on Facebook and I don't have a blog, but I saw on the Internet that there are tools or apps to upload Facebook pages and Facebook photos to Word Press blogs.

There are several members of this forum -- including the Colon Club president -- who maintain Word Press blogs. You might want to check out their Terms of Service.

Also some members here have converted their Word Press blogs to books:

I maintain one in my long thread here. I also have my own website and could maintain one there but I find this place more convenient.
