Just a note to say I had HIPEC and Cytoreducutive on 11/7/19. Almost twins!
DX@39yo in April19: Stage 4 Sigmoid Mets to peritoneum, ovaries, spleen
June-Oct 2019: FOLFOX, Avastin, 5FU (9 infusions)
Nov19: Cytoreductive+HiPEC at UCSD, PCI score= 8
Jan20: FOLFOX, Avastin, 5FU (3 infusions)
April,June,Aug2020: watching several small growing lung nodules

This is a good one to follow. However it is using BEACON in the second or even third-line setting so don’t pay too much attention to the absolute survival numbers. You may want to keep a close eye on ANCHOR as well as this is using the BEACON triplet in the first line / untreated patients (from your signature it doesn’t sound like you progressed on CAPOX which is good).

Almost twins alright. I was dx at 39 too, and have 2 kids.
Hope you getting on ok, and the chemo regime is being kind

Hey Rob
Yeah, apart from mytomicin c in my HIPEC there has been no chemo since my CAPOX regime (after my Stage 3c hemicolectomy).
Hopefully can keep the nasties at bay, and will try and monitor results from the ANCHOR trial. Curious to know if the doublet is better from the start or 2nd/3rd line.
