JustAThought wrote:Got back from a surgery last week. Took a bit of time to recover. Results came in - not looking good. My kids are young (son and daughter just started grade seven) and my wife is scared to death, but who could blame her? Hoping to spend as much time as possible with my family. The doctor says around 4 months. He suggested a higher dosage of the same meds I've been on since the start of the year in hopes of slowing progression. I accepted.
Been through this entire shenanigan for 5 years now. Now's no excuse to be holding off on parts of life I've been meaning to catch up on. Please all - take good care of yourselves and others. I know my son and I have not been on the greatest terms, but my love for him is higher than the stars.
Love to all,
Joe
