Which Curcumin supplement?

Just wondering if there are any preferred types of curcumin supplements (to help reduce colon inflammation or prevent recurrence of cancer)?
Seems like quite a few different options (C3 complex, with peperine, curcumoids, BCM-95, etc...)
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Curcumin DoseI regularly check the sites mentioned in MY OWN post, for info about concerns with different products etc.
I personally do not rely on curcumin for prevention of cancer recurrence
( having had a recurrence while on it for other reasons )
BUTT ..... YMMV
