I've posted here before that sugar alcohols (sorbitol, mannitol, erythritol, maltitol, and xylitol) can aggravate LAR syndrome by causing gut cramping. They increase stool fragmentation & result in longer, more painful BMs with more stress on the anorectal tissue, aggravating hemorrhoids & causing rectal bleeding. Add to this list sucralose. It isn't same chemically but is instead a chlorinated sucrose molecule. However, after inadvertently consuming it in some "reduced sugar" dried cranberries, I can vouch that it also has a similar effect. Try eliminating sucralose if you have LAR syndrome & see if it helps.
