Just curious, outside of chemo, what the options are for small hepatic mets close to ducts/arteries?

Y90, possibly?

Definitely immunotherapy, if you aren't lumping that in with chemo.

Unclear. Wondering about nanoknife and cryoablation too.

In February 2013 I had Irreversible electroporation (I think it is now called Nanaoknife) at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center on a tumor in my liver that was too close to my arterial artery to remove it or even to do RFA since the blood in the artery would cool the RFA too much for it to be effective on the cancer cells closest to the artery. It was very noninvasive...the tumor was eliminated and I have not had a recurrence.

Just to throw another possibility out there: proton beam therapy, which I have had done on some inoperable liver mets.

HAI pump. My larger tumors were all badly located. 1 abuting vena cava. After shrinking they got all removed. Good luck!

However, HAI= chemo. I am sorry. I skimmed.
