how do I retrieve a PM message on hold?

Postby Lee » Sun Jun 23, 2019 5:51 pm

Okay, I let my inbox get full. was not paying attention. I just deleted about 25 message. When I try to retrieve the message, I get a message, I'm not authorized to read message.

How do I release this message?

Hey Lee,

1. are any other PM folders full ? = >then NO PMs get in or out
2. any chance the sender deleted the PM ? => there is NO PM to retrieve
3. was the message you are trying to retrieve possibly a "reply" to a message you deleted ? => there is now NO message reply to access

just a few thoughts here for you
PM me if you need more info

What CRguy said is true. In addition, after you have deleted some messages in all of the full mailboxes in your PM area, you may need to do a couple other things to get the system to realize that you have made the necessary changes. For example:

1. Delete all board cookies. The link for this is in the footer at the very bottom of the web page.
2. Close your browser.
3. Turn your iPhone or computer completely off.
4. Wait a minute or two
5. Turn your iPhone or computer back on and try logging in again to see if your PM system is back to normal.

There is no FAQ describing how to handle this problem, but some of the issues are explained in the following post:
