Hiya Ben Ben
Riding many thousand of miles (assume push bike) TICK
Meeting great lady TICK
Going to Hawaii TICK
Considering living together TICK (Big considering you diagnosis mate, she is obviously understanding and a keeper)
Keeping the NED status DOUBLE TICK
Things are going in a great direction.
Time to crack open a bottle of something that you both enjoy, and have a discussion about the future.
Enjoy it Ben Ben
