Have you tried Pepto ? It's more likely the pain is coming from your stomach. After my liver surgery I was having terrible pain, I thought for sure something was wrong, ended up just being over active stomach acid. Hope that's all it is

If you still have your gallbladder, the pain you describe after eating fatty foods may
indicate the presence of stones.

EXCELLENT input !!!

was going to say the same thing ...'cos
JUST because we are cancer patients ... does NOT always mean everything is a recurrence

Get it checked out and be well !

Well, if your gallbladder was removed, there would be clips left behind - I had my gallbladder removed
back in 1994 and was quite chuffed to see them on the CT scan when I was diagnosed in 2015.....I sometimes
wonder about this 'hardware' that gets left behind ....

Then there's this "recurrent gallstones continue to develop within the bile ducts after the gallbladder has been
removed".

Depending on where you went for your vacation you might have picked up a local cootie, so get to your
doctor.

Gas? I’m having terrible gas pain after chemo and weird food, almost like it doesn’t want to come out. It could be pushing on your insides.
