Hi J. I had colon vs. rectal, so unlike you I did not have any scans during treatment, only after. However, it's very natural to be nervous. Even now, when I'm 3 years post-treatment, I still get what we call "scanxiety" as badly as I ever did. It's just part of the journey. My BP is usually up until I can get results. I even developed white coat syndrome thanks to the nerve-wracking adventure that is cancer treatment.
Try not to let anticipation of what might be weigh on you too heavily. We have enough to worry about with what we know.
