PET-CT Scan... clean or not clean?

Hello,
I was diagnosed with colon cancer in 2016, underwent hemicolectomy and 12 rounds of FOLFOX. After that, my scans have usually been normal and CEA levels maintained below 2.0
However, in my last PET-CT scan, while it showed no other signs of recurrence or cancer, the report said "mild diffuse marrow hypermetabolism" - I want to understand if this indicates possible cancer? Any ideas? Has anyone seen this kind of a report?
I should be really happy about the NED status, but just that one line is giving me more jitters than all the scanxiety I have faced so far
I have an appointment with my onc next week, but its too far away to spend sleepless nights over.
