Anyone had zero change in tumor size following 5 weeks chemo/radiation?

I am reading over the notes from my most recent scan. The dimensions they give for my tumor are the exact same as they were before the treatment. Does the tumor continue to shrink past 5 weeks post chemo/radiation?
