Hello I love this site,

I have a few Questions I have had a colonoscopy it removed
9 tubulovillous Adenomas with no evidence of high grade
Displasia. I also have 7 Thyroid Nodules scheduled for a biopsy
soon and have High cholesterol.
I have been trying a plant based diet but its not balanced
because I struggle with knowing the type and amount of each
food i should eat on a daily bases.
Any suggestions ? And maybe a example of a daily or weekly meal list

I am also interested in trying essential oils for healing
And there are zillion of websites its confusing,
Any trustworthy essential oil companies ?

What types of supplements, herbs, teas, spices and antioxidants ect
and any recommendations you may have if it was you for colon cancer prevention thank you !

If you want to go the route of essential oils, plant-based diet, supplements and
so on for colon cancer prevention, then I suggest you get real, and commit to paying
a naturopath/complementary health professional to tailor make a program for you,
based on your unique circumstances who will supply you with a list of foods and a
meal plan...just like Weight Watchers.

I happen to hold qualifications in the alternative health arena and would advise
you to not put all your carrots in one blender.
