I tried to get one of the chemopomp pumps for my husband. I heard back from the Erasmus MC Cancer Institute. They say:
"The unfortunate circumstance is that our pump, manufactured by Tricumed GmBh in Kiel (Germany) has no FDA approval.
As far as I know this doesn't allow US centers to implant this pump."

Well, looks like you are able to get the chemopomp in Europe, though. At least for now in these trials that they are doing.
