TCR stands for "T Cell Receptor". You might have better luck finding info on it if you use the full-length keywords in your search. Additionally, if you are only interested in TCR therapy for lung cancer, then it might help to add "lung cancer" to the search string. Also you could add "clinical trial" to the search string.
If you do all of this, then you will find clinical trials such as NCT02133196:T Cell Receptor Immunotherapy for Patients With Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancerhttps://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT02133196
A brief description of the trial is found on the web page above. If you want more detailed information than that, then you can try contacting the study coordinator at the e-mail or phone number given on the NCT02133196 contacts page:
. . .
There may also be some information on TCR therapy on prior posts here, for example the post below, where it is suggested that it may take up to 5 months for them to prepare enough TCR cells for your TCR therapy:https://coloncancersupport.colonclub.com/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=59697&p=474357#p474357
