Hi, there.
My ovarian mass was partially biopsied and it wasn't cancer but until they don't remove and analyze the whole thing, we won't know for sure :?:
DX January 2019
Adenocarcinoma - Sigmoid colon
Met to right ovary or borderline cyst?
Obstruction during hospital stay, just after colonoscopy. Emergency surgery. Temporary colostomy. Primary tumour still there (French protocol...)
Folfirinox: 4 cycles
CT Scan/PET Scan: ok for surgery
Surgery (CRS + HIPEC) scheduled for 04/29: let's hope my surgeon doesn't find any nasty surprises when he opens me up...

My surgeon took out one of my ovaries, because he said it didn’t look good during my colon resection. But the full pathology revealed there was no cancer there, only a cyst. Hopefully you’ll find the same!

Thank you for your optimism.
I'm glad your surgery went well :)
