DVT is a type of blood clot, usually in your legs. Walking as much as possible reduces your risk.

I don't recall getting much swelling anywhere after my operation. Have you spoken to your surgeon about it?

Your body has been through a lot. I know it's hard but try not to worry too much, give it some time to heal.

Geez, you don't get a break, do you? I'm so sorry you are having so many complications. Where are the ulcers? I don't have any experience with ulcers so unfortunately I don't have any advice for you. Hang in there and I really hope things turn around for you and you can go home soon!

I’m sorry I must be missing something. You regret getting the surgery? What? You are so lucky to be stage 1!!!! Some of us ran to surgery and had it in our lymph’s and later spread! Stop complaining. You have no idea how fortunate you are. I WISH to all that’s holy I had stage 1 and ulcers. Good luck to you and please learn to count those blessings. Life is too precious.

I don't know much about leukemia but I believe it is highly treatable these days. What is the plan for treating that?

They were giving me a chemo pill (hydroxyurea) but they think thats what may have caused the ulcers so they took me off. After i recover from this surgery theyre thinking dasatinib.

Does anyone know when my testicle swelling will go back down? :\

Did you ask your surgeon about the testicle swelling? And where was your tumour located?

Yes they said the more i walk and urinate it should go back to normal. 4 to 6 weeks post surgery. My tumor was in my lower rectum on the muscle thats why i needed a ostomy. Its the reason i put of surgery for over 2 years i didnt want a bag the rest of my life. And I do already hate it :\
Its really loud will it always be like this?

Please take Miss Molly’s advice and join the ostomy group she mentioned in her reply to you. As I understand it there are much knowledge and tips there.
