Supplements post treatment

Postby Koreysue » Fri Dec 07, 2018 2:03 pm

Hi all,
I’m curious how many of you are on supplements to help prevent recurrence, and what are the supplements
I’m on a few: turmeric, broccoli spouts, mushrooms, vit d, matcha tea, fish oil
My naturopath is also suggesting a very low dose of the medicine used to reverse opiate overdose. (Can’t think of the name) I thought that was interesting

Thanks for this topic! I’m trying to figure out which suppmemts to add as well—I’ve heard Curcumin & Vitamin D, as well as that tree nuts are good starting points, but there are so many varieties of each that I can’t figure out how to select which type to take.

Much of that wealth of information in the link has gone missing; the contents of my links to those Life Extension cancer protocols have been abridged and damaged by the FDA's latest round of censorship and attack against LEF. I confirmed this with LEF today.

The FDA and LEF have a long history of conflict, going back over 30 years, where the FDA has repeatedly lost on most of its transgressions, legally and politically, going down in flames. This is a new low in negative achievement for the FDA's reign of tyranny against LEF. I give the LEF's missing CRC protocol material full credit for being available in 2010 for wife being able to survive what is now classed as "4c" metastatic colon cancer, "hopeless" in our drs eyes. Often they did not tell us this until 1-3 years later.

At this point, probably the best way to find copies of the previous LEF cancer protocols is through old editions (e.g. 3rd, 4th, 5th) of "Life Extension Disease Prevention and Treatment", big tomes, inexpensive as used editions. 3rd edition would be about what we had in 2010, and 5th edition would be more what was most recently available on the LEF website. I actually prefer 2010 as generic recommendations.
watchful, active researcher and caregiver for stage IVb/c CC. surgeries 4/10 sigmoid etc & 5/11 para-aortic LN cluster; 8 yrs immuno-Chemo for mCRC; now no chemo
most of 2010 Life Extension recommendations and possibilities + more, some (much) higher, peaking ~2011-12, taper chemo to almost nothing mid 2018, IV C-->2021. Now supplements
