De Epstein Sloane Kettering

Hi I am in an emergency situation at mass general. My sister needs a hospital to hospital transfer to Sloane Kettering, we are having trouble getting in touch with her Oncologist Dr Epstein. He gave me his cell at one point but I don’t have. Can anyone share it. Again this is an emergency. We spoke to the fellow who is not able to approve transfers. The resident here has also been trying to get Dr E.
