Hi all, I had a colonoscopy last thursday. Waiting for follow up from the Dr but the findings included removal of a polyp in the sigmoid colon which does not alarm me but also included this: "A mass was found in the descending colon(65cm). This was removed with cold biopsied and tatooed Retroflexed views revealed no abnormalities.
I'm wondering about the significance of the second finding. Using the term mass instead of polyp and the fact that dr chose to tatoo. I know you all are not dr but this has me mentally preparing and I'm curious if I'm reading to much or not enough into the language used here.
