Hello,
I'm curious what others are doing to regulate as close to normal as possible. I'm currently taking 1 anti diarrheal, & 1 fiber pill daily. This seemed to work for awhile, however recently my system will be "quiet" for a few days, then I'm making 10-30 trips to the bathroom again (similar to after my reversal surgery).

My doctor prescribed opium tincture when I couldn't control diarrhea with regular Imodium and Lomotil thoughtout the day. I'm only on day one of it, but it seems to be doing the trick to slow down my gut.
