Breaking news (from 10 days ago) - Scanned August 27th and my review appointment with the oncologist was Sept. 12th. It was clear!!!
CEA was 2.4. I’m not a smoker but it appears to be my normal.

In March 2020 it will be a CEA test only, no ultra sound or x-ray, then next scan in August. If all is good next August there will only be CEA tests after that to 5 years.

No more scans? I’m having trouble reconciling that when one of the items the oncologist brought up at my first appointment 21 months ago was survival rates with a 3C diagnosis.

Best wishes to everyone.

Cheers,
