Stopping in to say Hi

Postby Brendaindy » Fri Jul 27, 2018 3:43 pm

Hi all,

I wanted to stop by and read some posts and say hello. I also wanted to share something with you all.

About a month ago I started eating Keto. Since then I have not had any urgency issues or accidents. I feel almost back to the way I was pre Cancer days. I'm not sure if this is "new" news to you all or what but I wanted to share. For 9 years I have been tied to a toilet until this. Just a simple lifestyle change and I can feel comfortable eating out or just eating in general. Oh, and by giving up Carbs and Sugar I have lost 12 pounds so far. BONUS!!
I'm off to read up now.
