Enemas & Colon Transit Time - help

Quick question...been doing enemas for a week or so (large bag, 1-2 quarts) and overall good results, but have had a few days where I get some clustering at night. Seems like I have fast transit time thru the colon as I am feeling like each morning I do a pretty good clean out. Wondering if I should consider taking Imodium in addition to the enemas to try and slow things down...or consider when needed a second enema daily? Not sure if the clustering might be due to what I am eating either...trying to eat normally, but perhaps something is triggering me to "go" or move things faster along the colon. Appreciate any advice.

I do daily enemas. I do take 2 lomotil everyday for peace of mind, not sure I need it. It hasn't affected the effectiveness of the enema, so I will continue. I think you could try some Imodium maybe later in the afternoon before your clustering begins. It may be something you're eating as well. I have only had a bowel movement later in the day about 2-3 times since I've been doing enemas for 16 months. I usually attribute it to something I've eaten. You may need a little more water. I use 6 cups, but will do a couple more if I don't feel I am getting a good cleanout. This might happen once every couple weeks.
