ADMIN Help - PM Reply

Postby betsydoglover » Thu Jun 21, 2018 5:35 pm

Hi -

I replied to a PM, but the response is still sitting in my OUTBOX. Been a while since I did this - do I need some sort of re-authorization to reply to mail, or does it just take a while to finally get sent?

Thx
Betsy

New members need a minimum number of approved posts before being able to send or receive Private Messages on the forum, AND :

1. The PMs stay in your OUTBOX until the recipient actually logs in to "receive" them in their INBOX.

2. if ANY of your PM folders are 100% full they will not be sent and you cannot receive incoming PMs.

3. If the recipient has any PM folders which are 100% full they will not be able to receive any new PMs.

4. If any forum member permissions have been changed, members may not be able to send/receive PMs.

thx - was thinking it worked like most email clients where outbox is only for stuff that has not actually been sent. No problem. Thx for the prompt reply.
