I recently had a follow up CT scan. 6 months post chemo 5FU for Small Bowel Adenocarcinoma in the mid-jejunum.

There are notes in the report I am concerned with, but curious if they could be a result of small bowel endoscopy tattooing a week earlier

from report:

Lymph Nodes: Multiple subcentimeter mesenteric lymph nodes best seen on coronal view. Peritoneal nodular stranding noted in the right and left abdomen.

Impression: Bilateral peritoneal nodular stranding most concerning for early peritoneal carcinomatosis. Continued close attention on follow-up.

My prior CT scan was just 2.5months ago and did not show anything remarkable.

I would appreciate any insight.

Thank you.
