My pelvic physical therapist taught me a massage technique that helps gather the stool for one large movement at a time of my choosing, as well as various exercises to help me gain control of my bowels. I highly recommend pelvic physical therapy for anyone who has issues with bowel movements.

I'm dubious about homeopathic remedies - the evidence for their effectiveness seems lacking.

This is brilliant, I have done some pelvic floor therapy and it does help in general, for releasing gas and occasional relief but I am wondering what can help with gathering stool for one large movement. It is not so much that I just have to go often, but also I cannot do it when I'm around people. If I knew such technique it could reduce the anxiety of social events at least...
Is there any references I could use? Because my specialist doesn't really seem to know this specific technic,
Thank you!

Also, the real question is, will I ever be normal? I mean, do I have to rely on massage, medicine, remedies etc. for ever? Will I have to fear doing everything all the time because I know I am going to begin feeling like a sack of stool the every-next-moment after every activity, food, mood etc?

If you give me your email address, I can send you the sheet she gave me describing the technique. I also made a short video demonstrating it. https://youtu.be/BZIn6Nkro8k

I don't know if I can send you email address via youtube, doesn't look like it.
Thanks again,
