75mg lyrica ( reducing from 150)
Tramadol
Paracetamol
Ib profen, ...
Cipro and flagyl for infection,,, and UTI
Innohep injections for another 3weeks
I'm n agony,, I can't sit or sleep or rest!!!!!!
Discharge is also very random so I don't like leaving the house unless I've incontinence pants on

I found that Tylenol (Acetaminophen) worked well for me, and it can be especially effective when paired with Tramadol. I'm also Opiate sensitive, so pain is always a tricky thing for me. I avoided ibuprofen because of unrelated kidney issues, so I don't know if switching them out (Acetaminophen for Ibuprofen) would make much difference. I also found that heating pads worked wonders, especially on my shoulders (the gas from laproscopic surgery can trigger this, but I don't know about TATME), but it also helped with some general soreness.

Neurontin covered my pain but it was minimal. I would go back to physician and see what's up. Just to be safe.

I do have an infection Susan and a UTI,
I seem to have control of the pain as of yesterday,,, not pain as such but terrible pressure from my rectum...
2tramadol
2ib profen together ( extremely extremely drowsey)
But willing to put up with that
I tried to swap out the in profen as Erin suggest,
But didn't work for me,,, how long and what colour should the discharge last?????!

I only had two bms post op. A down discharge again, felt like I had to go poo twice. Now four months out it's just whitish and irregular.
I an sorry to hear you have infection, hopefully treating that will ease pain. My surgery was just above anal verge.

Thanks Susan, I had one uncontrollable large one in the hospital and 2 minor ones at home ( well out for lunch actually)
But now have green discharge, but I'm assuming that's the infection, as if u looked close enough u could see the stitches from the outside,,,,,,
I've now managed the pain and back on Friday for path report so will mention it then
Thanks Adele X
