Great job on all the steps!

My husband is so great he remembered to get me slippers to run around and get things like a new bag and get it reattached while he stripped the bed and took care of all the stuff for me.
If it's not one thing it's another. A new day more Adventures. Did manage to get in 7,000 steps just by spending 5 hours in a chair. Going to see if I can get to 10,000 today maybe that'll flush this stuff out of my body quicker.
Happy Friday.

I think anything to get rid of the stuff is worth a try.

Frustrating to be so weak, not have energy. Got in the pool for the first time this year and then just baked in the sun on the hot concrete. Felt great. Takes time. Susan - looks like you have gone to six cycles instead of five?
