Hello everyone.
Just an update about my health
Since I have completed a full of one year. It's really an amazing how the body heal and use to the new thing Pouch!
The number of bowel movement have decreased, I can eat anything I want except for really spicy food&vegetables aka onion. I still eat one pill of imodium early morning before I eat anything.
