Presumably, if he farts THAT much, he’s likely to blow any polyps that weren’t there 6mths ago, away anyway.
The above is in jest obviously. Unless the specialist performed his colonoscopy with his eyes closed, I think he’s safe. Maybe tell him to lay off the beans/fiber/fizzy drinks.
