Good news! The colonoscopy came back conpletely clean. He was able to analyze the whole colon and found no polyps/growths.

Thank you all for the help everyone. Still dont know why I have this pelvic pain and gas/narrow stools, but looks like im in the clear, having had a clean colonoscopy, CT scan, bone scan, and bloodwork. Must be either minor IBS and some strange muscle injury according to doc.

Super happy for you! Water will help with the gas. I have less gas when I'm well hydrated. :)
At 54 2014 1st colonoscopy colon cancer detect
Colon resect margins clear. No chemo Stage II

I will follow that advice! I too notice less gas when I am hydrated
